Business Continuity & Recovery Consulting provides comprehensive Business Continuity Program development and planning to all sizes of business enterprises. Services include but are not limited to: development of business unit/department plans, technology recovery plans, crisis management plans, plan maintenance and testing services, risk assessments, develop risk manuals, and development of Pandemic Response plans.

Business Continuity works with a company to see which parts of a plan they can develop and implement on their own, which ones they need expert advice on and then creates a plan to incorporate the two in order to save the company money. In response to the needs of clients, the company has created a series of workshops in order to speed up the assessment process of continuity plans.

Another department of Business Continuity & Recovery Consulting is the training department. Workshops and articles help educate business owners/executives on the importance of having a well developed, tested and well maintained business continuity program which will enable their company to survive and remain operational in the event of a disaster or emergency situation.

Michael Wilkovesky is the project manager for the majority of the continuity plans. He is an experienced consultant with over 13-years of experience in the Business Continuity field. Prior to becoming the Principal of Business Continuity & Recovery Consulting, Michael was a Business Continuity consultant with IBM’s Global Services providing all aspects of continuity planning for large IBM clients for 6-years. Michael has also spent time as the in-house disaster recovery planner for a national financial services firm and acted as a voice communications consultant for a national consulting firm located in the Toronto area.

Business Continuity & Recovery Consulting currently focuses its marketing on recruiting new clients that are medium-sized Canadian owned companies or subsidiaries of international firms. With clients located in Southern Ontario, the company is looking towards the future to expanding its services and helping businesses across Canada stay in business even if they experience a disaster.

Business Continuity & Recovery Consulting is expanding into China to provide comprehensive Business Continuity Programs to medium sized businesses located in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shenyang and Shanghai.
